I love living here....it's been great thus far. Nice floorplans for any style (1,2,3 bedroom), great pool area to hang out in, fitness room, business center, safe,etc. The only problem that I have with Brookstone is the new management team. When I say new....I mean only been here about 2-3 months. These folks are HARDCORE! They are not very friendly (atleast the women aren't) and do not care to develop any type of relationship with you. It's almost as if they don't know who you are even if you've been living here for 2 years. It seems to they really enjoy how rude they are about things sometimes. Rather than talking about ANY issue.....they tell you how it is and that's that. So, to make a really long story short.....DON'T TRY AND DEVELOP ANY RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS PEOPLE. They do not care who you are, where you came from, what your situation is, or anything about you when it comes to RULES AND REGULATIONS!!! It's almost like they enjoy enforcing things. But before you get the wrong idea....I've only had one major incident with these guys....everything else is really trivial. To summarize this whole thing...just know what you're getting yourself into. It's a great place to live, great atmosphere, great people(residents), BUT the management team (and I am specifically talking about the ladies only...the guys are as sweet as they can be...so make friends with them!) the female part of the management team (2 ladies from what I have encountered) are probably some of the meanest,uncaring individuals I have ever met in my entire life. They will make you want to show them what a real ----- can be like....but my Mama taught be better than that....so I just hold my tongue. You would probably be good to do the same....cause I really truly feel they would have some type of orgasm if they got to evict someone. I think it would make their day!
