I question management's integrity

The only problems I had with the apartment complex was with the management.

There are two office personnel who are very helpful(both males), but the managers are horrible to deal with.

If you rent from them, do not believe them when they advertise as "pet friendly." What that means is that they will charge you an arm and a leg JUST to have a pet in the apartment.

Once you move out, they will most likely charge you to replace the carpet and with pet damage, regardless of whether or not your pet has had any accidents in the apartment.

I wonder if it is just standard practice for them.

I am severely disappointed in their efforts to squeeze as much money out of their tenants as they possibly can.

They would never have my business again.

I would expect new carpet when I moved into an apartment, pets or not. Carpet is gross and germy but oh, so comfy.

Coincidence? I think not. I was charged $1000 to replace carpet and I had no pets. 1 spot in 1 area and JODY said the whole carpet had to be replace.OMG

Agreed! They charged me $500 when I moved out and $250 was for the carpet. The charges were ridiculous! They even charged me because there were marks in my medicine cabinet! I have never been charged anything when I moved out of other apartment complexes. Also, my neighbor was charged over $700 when she moved out. She was charged for pet stains and she didn't even own a pet.

110% agreed. I have also been charged a ridiculous amount for pet stains on carpet ($728 to replace ALL carpet) and I only lived in the apt for 3 months as a corporate traveler. Highway robbery when combined with the outrageous amount they charge as a pet deposit.
