As a tenant of Brookstone Apartments who is moving out very soon, I feel it necessary to warn all future occupants.
Although these people will say any and everything to get you to move in, they are ruthless and money hungry! No matter how good a tenant you have been or how many others you have refered, when it comes to your moving out, they will use any means necessary to get money out of you.
You will, under no circumstances get the $250 deposit back; your rent will increase by ridiculous amounts each year while the service decreases; and do not DARE move out before your lease expires! All I can say is that I am glad I am moving out and if I were you, I'd find somewhere else to live!
