This August we moved into the Bookstone Apt complex, and we are loving it. The apartments are spacious, clean, and up to date. The sparkling pool and newly updated workout facility are superb. I also love to relax on the swing in their gazebo as my son enjoys time on the playground. Brookstone is in a great location as well... close to food, shopping, and beautiful Cherry Park, which is a walk away. The staff is extremely friendly and are quick about meeting any needs that arise. I've only had 2 maintenance issues since I moved in, and both were resolved immediately. I remember checking on this site back in NY before I moved this past summer, and I hope this helps you to be sure to check out Brookstone. I'm glad I did!

Spoken like a staff member. Strange that you didn't mention the loud parties, the constant traffic in and out, and the absoulutely horrific office staff. I have lived in lots of different apartments and honestly it's all the same, some are great some are piss poor,and most are just average. Brookstone is an average apartment complex and there are issues like the ones I mentioned above. Overall it could be worse...but it's no paradise like the author wants you to believe.

I agree with heartofcourage and wonder why negative reviews are all from "anonymous". My name is Cynthia and I love it at Brookstone. Maybe the problems you have, you might not have reported to the staff, since they won't know about any problems unless you report them. Also, it seems that details of issues aren't mentioned. If you follow the rules and keep communication open, I don't see why you would have a problem.

CynthisP HUH?.......Look the truth is the truth. If you rent from Brookstone you will sorry you did. If not within the first days it will be for damn sure at the end of you lease if your not resigning. You will pay pay and pay for things just because you didn't resign and they have to keep tenents. Anonymous was right Noise, Noise, and more Noise parties and Management and Corporate is a nightmare. You'll be telling your story in 6 mos desparate to warn people about this place if you make out alive to tell it.O by the way how did you know the workout stuff was just newly brought cynthy?
