Okay place to live

Overall the place is safe but the property owners and management seem more concerned with the outside appearance than the inside upkeep. I occasionally find bugs inside the apartment. The apartments are sprayed and maint. responds to problems with the apartment but to make the repairs that are needed, the owners need to cough up some of the money they got from the increase in rent this year. I am not happy with the complex although I'm not completely unsatisfied. I would not recommend the complex to any of my friends as a long term option but because of the rent and the fact the place is very safe, I would refer the place for those looking for a temporary place to live until they can save money to buy or build their own home.
