I have currently been living in a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 months now and this is what I have found. First I want to say that the layout and location is perfect for my needs, however the experience of living there has been quite different.

There are tenants that live on the top floor that are a constant bother for not only my roommate and I but other residents that I have spoken with as well. They are EXTREMELY loud at all times during the night and early morning. I have been awoke numerous times with them (or whoever they have had over) standing outside my bedroom window yelling at the top of there lungs. There is a constant stack of trash thrown over their balcony for everyone to see (including dirty baby diapers). We have come outside to see puke all over our balcony and our neighbors balcony, they have spit on my roommate from their balcony and dumped blunt guts on us. This is just to name a FEW instances.

I am not one to go running to tattle on someone but when it continued after numerous times of us informing them to stop it just became apparent that informing Lisa at the rental office was the only course of action. Upon calling her and informing her of our problem, she told me that they have had many complaints and that they were getting evicted in 10 days and not to worry about it. That was about two months ago. They are still living there annoying all the other tenants.

Another problem is for some reason it is always impossible to reach anyone in the rental office. We sat outside for 2-3 hours the day we were signing our lease b/c I guess some people like to take 2-3 hour breaks. The sad thing is they knew we were coming and a phone call or something to inform us that no one was going to be there would have been appreciated.

It is sad to see such a convenient and nice apartment complex to allow tenants that have no respect for property or others to remain living there. Like I said...who runs this place'''

I agree fully!! This is a nice apartment complex and perfect for hopping on 77 to get to work. The tenants are quiet all around us (most of whom have children) and well behaved. These Nuisance neighbors of ours have no respect or common courtesy. They have people over all hours of the night especially on a weekday who party and carry on on their porch for all to hear, they yell up to their apartment to get their roommates attention from the parking lot below (usually past 2am). These apartments have wooden stairs that do creek and make noise, but these neighbors take it to another level stomping up these stairs, running up and down and acting as if they are trying to cause a rukus. It is embarrasing to have company over to see beer cans, used cigarettes and baby diapers on the ground where they use the front lawn as their trash can. And this is just the tip of the iceburg. Overall, these apartments are nice, safe and quiet (with the exception above)and the management running these apartments are lousy! - The Roommate
