I just found this website and didnt know you could leave a review. Man, did I need this for my last apartment! I totally disagree with the previous complaints. I have lived here alomst 2 years and I think the management is great. I think they took over last year and it has been a wonderful improvement. I do live in the same building were the person before was complaining about the loud nasty neighbor and I had went to the office to talk to Lisa about this issue and she explained to me about the numerous complaints and that they did have to evict her. Some people have to understand that you have to do what the law says. I actually talked to the girl that lived there before she left and she said the judge let her stay until Dec 31!!!So if its anyones fault it's his!! So I guess there was nothing more the office could do. Yeah she was loud and a disturbance but I think the office handled it very well and did the most they could do. Also, I appreciate them doing something about her in the first place. So how can you complain. Anyway, other than that, maintenance is wonderful, they always come out the same day or the next day. The grounds are kept up very well and you cant beat the location. Also, when I was looking around, Cushendall had the biggest 1 bedroom! I love my apartment!!! -A happy resident

True she got evicted and yea she got an extra month out of it but she got the last laugh again when she moved out and left that trashy furniture, trash, used baby clothing and toiletries and other miscellaneous items in the unit in which the groundskeeper moved to the two spaces in the middle of the parking lot which sat there as an unsightly eye sore for about a month. So yeah i guess you could say management is great (I am using sarcasm here).
