I was searching Rock Hill for an apartment and was about to settle for something I didn't really like all that much, but then I saw an ad for Cushendall. I was impressed by their ad and decided to tour an apartment. I was blown away, to say the least. I was helped by a gal named Kelly, the assistant property manager, who seemed very nice and totally concerned with customer service. She let me look at the apartment at my leisure, and from that point I was sold. The apartment had new carpeting, tile-work, and paint and was immaculate. Rent is totally reasonable, the grounds are wonderfully manicured, and the maintenance staff is second to none. I really love living here even for only a month so far. I have also read the other comments on here and feel the need to clarify something. The comments left before January of 2008 were from the old management staff. The management has improved drastically since that time. I have found everyone in the office to be most helpful and obliging in every way! The individual who has left comments on other's reviews apparently doesn't live in the same complex as me, for I have nothing but good things to report. And, in case anyone reading this is curious, I AM an actual resident not management. Overall, a wonderful place to call home and live in! Thanks Cushendall!

It has gotten alot better now that they have new management and tenants.. I guess complaining so much gets things accomplished :) Its is a nice apartment, I do not live there anymore nor does my roommate but he moved into another one of their complexes off of Cherry road. Its even nicer from what I hear. Glad to hear you like it. I actually didnt have many problems there, its just when a problem occured it seems like it took forever for the staff there to take action. I felt like my things were safe and didnt see/hear/read of any crime in the area the yr i was there.
