I have been a resident at Gable Oaks for five years. When I first moved in I was very pleased with the care and service I received. Within the time of my residency, management and maintenance went downhill. However, the new management staff and maintenance that came to this property have been wonderful. They are always nice and friendly, and when I have a problem they address it immediately. I am very pleased with their care and concern towards any issues that I may have. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a nice, friendly, affordable place to live to check out Gable Oaks.
