I have been a resident here at Gable Oaks Apartments going on a year now. There have been many changes here. The management/office and maintenance staff that was here when I first moved in which was at the beginning of 2004 was not so good. The management/office staff was very unprofessional and it took maintenance forever to fix/repair any issues or concerns that I had with my apartment. Now, there has been a 100%%% turn around here at Gable Oaks within the last 2 to 3 months. The management/office team in the office is excellent. They are the best that have seen in years since I have lived at different apartment communities. They address and take care of issues that I have or anyone else in a very reasonable timely manner. The maintenance staff on the other hand is great as well. Although it does take them at times awhile to fix/repair issues that I have in my apartment. Overall if you are looking for an apartment to live in check out Gable Oaks. I would recommend Gable Oaks to anyone.
