mold and poor management

If you move into gable oaks you will regret it.I have lived here a couple of years and right now I am stuck in a contract.My apartment as well as others is infested in mold.Things that were broke when I moved in have yet to be fixed and the management has the nerve to place hot pink fliers on every apartment building every month reminding you if you dont pay your rent you will be evicted.I have a hard time finding a place to park.THe roaches are in most of the apartments but the main one that gets treated is the managers. TRASHY PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
