Great apt, low rent, great maintenance, helpful staff!

Gable Oaks now has an excellent maintenance manager who honestly believes in service. Over the last two years I have seen numerous improvements. Gable offers me a great apt, prime location, reasonable rent, great maintenance service and friendly staff. Now if my upstairs neighbors would either split up or find a new apt, life would be awesome. But the pool is open, we have all new washers and dryers, and the apts look great.
