I lived here for six years and watched it go from a fun family apartment complex to a dump.The management is SHADY all the way.Dont get fooled by their kiss your royal hinney moving in approach.They will get you with all those SPECIAL fees AFTER you get in.---- ROACH CITY. I paid 500 dollar pet fee and was told the DAY AFTER my dogs were too big and there was not a refund on pet deposits. SHADY''''' YOU BET!!!! Your water bill is not on a meter for each apartment so if you dont have a washer and your neighbor does ,oh well you pay the same.SHADY!!!! BEWARE SHADY MANAGEMENT!!!! Pool is closed on all MONDAY HOLIDAYS AS WELL
