oh my gosh the new property manager which is hardly there is terrible, property managers should always be in at the office.

i had a very small balance on my account that i was unaware of and she forced to have evictions filed on me.

if anything she needs to be at the property to address the nasty trash issues and terrible resident(s) and not worried about a balance that was not even 50.00 dollars...apartments are tooo high for the condition and maintenance sucks.

DO NOT LIVE HERE TRUST ME A RESIDENT OF 6 MONTHS AND THE APARTMENTS ARE TRASHY.

they should be based on your income.
