If you do then by all means move to Gable Oaks. Parking and location are the only things that are adequate. The buildings are old and nasty. The staff for the most part are completely incompetent. However, it is very affordable and offers easy access to I-77. The neighborhood is terrible and one occasion someone set fire to a motorcycle in the parking lot. My fiancee/wife and I had an apartment here for a year (only lived in it for 8 months) and feared for our lives on several occasions. Breaking a lease was goign to be more expensive than paying rent for the rest of the contract. Once more we had several things stolen from our aprartment on the same day that maintenacne di dan inspection. When we questioned the office about this several days later these items mysteriously appeared on our nightstand the very next day. I strongly advise you to go elsewhere and avoid this complex at all cost.
