This is the worse management and office employees I ever seen in my life. They are so unprofessional and seem to have no interest in the residents. They don't return or answer phone calls. The new manager is so far from being professional as well as her leasing agent. They all need to be in training and get professional help. Maintenance is not getting better for what I have seen when I have called in service requests. They don't know how to fix anything. The grounds are so nasty and looks like they don't try to pick up trash. The apartments are also invested with roaches. DO NOT LIVE HERE...YOU WILL HATE IT!!!

It sounds like you aren't happy with anything or amyone. I have been a resident for six years-never had a problem with anyone. They have had a problem with staff turnover. Perhaps this is why the office staff seems like they aren't listening.They are overworked & understaffed. Everyone is always very pleasant to me. I miss Debbie & Beth but I really enjoy the new girl, Kathy. As for Managers- they come, they go & thats that. Managers aren't there for long. Give credit where credit is do. Don't worry, be happy!
