The buildings are old and not well maintained, the staff is unfriendly and incompetent, new management is not helpful at all. One example of their rudeness is when the building was sprayed for roaches. They told me I had to empty out every single cabinet and leave the apartment for 8 hours and if you had any pets you had to find somewhere to put them during the duration of the spraying.

It is a great place,some residents who do have pets need to find a place for them so that other residents do not have to put up with problems from pest control because thier are not being sprayed.The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is the worst community i have ever lived in ,the office is unfriendly and almost seems cold when you walk in the door. Staff is afraid to really engage with residents due to thier manager they seem very scared and unhappy the manager is very rude.

Sounds like someone didn't take out the garbage or thier apartment was very dirty..guess if you cleaned it.. you would not have any bugs..At least the manger takes care of the property for other residents that do care...
