Prior to moving into Gable Oaks, I was shown a model apartment that looked pretty good. Being that the apartments were reasonably priced, I decided to move to Gable Oaks. To my dismay, the apartment was dirty, and there were roaches. Even after the exterminator sprayed, I still have roaches. Needless to say, I do not eat in my apartment.

Yes, it is noisy here. At night, there is loud music, yelling, and people hanging outside. However, the staff lies and says the apartments are quiet, and they have high standards as to who they will accept. That's just to get you to move here. In the morning, you are awoken bright and early to the sound of the garbage truck. I never get a good night's sleep.

There was a horrible stench when I first moved in, and no matter what products I use, it will not seem to go away.

There is a great deal of mold in the apartment, especially on the window sills.

Closet space is nonexistent.

I can bleach and clean all I want, but the apartment still feels incredibly dirty.

AND DON'T FORGET THE ROACHES!

I am miserable here and spend as little time as possible in my apartment.

Take my advice, and go the opposite direction. I wish someone had warned me.
