I too did read the reviews for Gable Oaks & was very skeptical about moving here due to the Roach problem...but I wanted to keep an open mind & I needed more space due to I am expecting a 2nd child...The show apartment was very clean & nice therefore I choose to move in anyway. I have only been here less than a month & this complex does have a roach problem... the extermination man came the same day & skirted some type of jell on the base boards in the kitchen...I see a bug once a day (I did not bring them with me)Lets keep in mind I am pregnant & if something is to happen to myself or my unborn child the owners of Gable Oaks are in for a rude awakening. The managment here needs to have this place sprayed at least every 3 months because a lot of people who live here are not as clean as others. As far as the noise I rarely here my neighbors with the exception to a few ghetto girls upstairs who hang off the balcony hollaring at their kids. Would I recommend this place' Not sure yet... but to the management in order to keep your infestation of bugs down you need to start expecting peoples apartment & get the nasty people out. I hope this review help those looking to move in...If possible try to get an apartment closer to the office...
