Lived @ Gable Oaks for four years. When i moved in, my apartment was filthy and the kitchen drawers were full of dead roaches. The apartment had not been completely painted, only touched up and everything that I baked in the oven burned because I needed a new oven thermostat which was on order for at least 6 mo's. The parking lots and exterior of the buildings (On the breezeway stairs) were constantly full of screaming kids which were never supervised. When ------ was the manager things were addressed immediately however this new manager ------ could care less how the residents feel about anything. She either likes you or she doesn't & look out if she doesn't! She will make your life there a living hell. She humiliates & belittles her staff in front of residents & other employees. I feel sorry for anyone that has to work with that heartless woman. Her Assistant acts like a scared little robot. It's quite sad if you have the opportunity to witness it. I have reported the manager's behavior to the corporate office in Texas & received a call from her supervisor apologizing for her behavior and assured me she would personally address my concerns. GHuess what' NOTHING ever changed. God help anyone living at that ghetto community Gable Oaks.
