I am happy with Gable Oaks and the management is very friendly and helpful and management gets to the issues promptly..Apartments are very nice and affordable. Property looks very clean and aesthetically appealing. And any Maintence problems I have had have been taken care of quickly. Overall not a bad place to live.

The manager,--------------------is the only one that writes any positive things about the Gable Ghetto Oaks. She is the one living in the twilight zone & everyone knows it. She is also the ugliest, meanest poor excuse for a human being I know. Stay away from the hood.

Ok, I guess you think its the Manager but you are so wrong...sounds like you have a problem with life...I guess you think your on the Gerry Springer Show...or didn't you know its on in the morning..oops...guess you aren't educated enough to know that...instead of writing such nonsense why don't you sign up at a local college and get yourself educated so you don't have to live in the Getto's anymore...people who write such nonsense about people have a very low self esteem, of course that's due to a lack of education....So if you are still living at Gable Getto's I guess your one of the getto commandos...GET A LIFE WILL YA!

I agree...the management is NOT nice. They do NOT take care of the tenents. the only concern of theirs is to fix the outside issues. I have incurred over $3500 in medical bills due to the mold in my apartment and the neglegence of the management. The manager is also a complete idiot. She can't even write a letter to distribute to the complex. She doesn't understand anything about punctuation. It really is pathetic. I do NOT recommend to anyone that they move in here. The mold is horrible and makes people sick, but once you sign that lease they could care less about your health or any other problems you have. Also, I was told that a playgound would be put in 2 years ago...it is STILL not up. false advertising.
