Yes, the WORST place to live in Rock Hill is Gable Ghetto Oaks. The manager ------ has no clue as to what the meaning of "Respect" or "Humane" is. She grunts when she talks to you like a freakin' animal & her breath smells like something inside of her just died. She looks like a rabid starving anorexic and most folks just normally walk the other way when they see her coming. The only pleasant person there is --------. It's sad that that management company is so hard up they have to employ such unprofessionals such as ------ ----------. My Mother & Father were apalled when they happened to walk into the office one day & they overheard the manager completely humiliating her assistant -------- about a mistake she made with some stupid report. That woman has no heart & not an ounce of respect for anyone. My Mom told me she wanted me to give my notice as soon as I could. The maintenance guy----flirts w/ all the young pretty students like he thinks he's some hot Adonis or something. Gross me out! Yuck, yuck & double yuck!!!!! Run as fast as you can away from that roach infested drug dealing ghetto.

Getto person that is an ex employee or Getto people or just anyone who does not live there that make up stories, just to vent ...get a life, Oh ,about the mother & father ,sure you really have parents. If you do too bad they did not bring you up, so that, you have to many emotional problems, Getto Person, sounds like your another one who should be on the Jerry Springer Show ..Trailer Trash..No One Cares abount your commentary about the manager idiot ..people like you who don't even live there.. EX - employee..this site should prevent trash like this, just cutting down people, should only be real residents and only comments about the apartments. Hope they find out who sent this in then you better run...

Their tell the truth i am still currently there and the land lord it the meanest rudest person i have ever met you tell her you got black mold growing and its making you really ill and want to sign out the lease she will get in you face and tell you that you are not doing that and she yells and screams at you she has lack of respect for everyone the Maintenance men say its bc she hasnt had none and five years and i bet.
