I feel that the trash comments from ex- residnets (IF they are RESIDENTS )
are child behavior...
need to grow up...This site should take this off the web.
Sounds like garbage ..That's not why residents or people looking for apartments
come here to read..GROW up ...you sound like trailer trash.
The managemnet is very professional & nice,maintenance does a good job.
I have lived here for a year.
Sounds like trailer trash found a site to vent toooo bad...grow up
get a life..& hopefully a place that takes trash...move on....

Yes I think when people complain like this its because they lack responsibility and either they were evicted or they just left without paying up...sounds like apartment trash to me..My thoughts are that who ever wrote the nasty things about the staff must have a problem with life.Maybe the person/persons writing this stuff need to talk to the staff/Manager so they can get things changed for you and make living at the Oaks a more pleasurable experience.Or maybe the person writing this just likes to complain because they don't have a life...whatever the reason, don't trash the staff at Gable Oaks. Its not fair to the staff if you can't meet with them face to face so they can help you changes the things you don't like!

OK then. People do have differing opinions. I myself have lived at Gable Oaks for three years and have remained, but it has had it's problems. The rent has gone up every year without the market supporting it; no upkeep has been done to our apt, even when we have asked for new filters; and the manager has been very much less than NICE when we have spoken with her. Many may trash talk but it is their right to do so. Not everyone feels the same as they do or you do.
