Gable oaks is stright up the getto. lot of crime and drug use. When I come home from work i get asked everyday would i like to buy some weed by the neighbors. there is black mold all in the apartment and have gotten really sick. I didnt know much about black mold untill i was told what it was but then it was to late me and my room mate hove gotten sick and suffer everyday. and even though the manager knows about the mold they only fix the visible stuff when it was fixed i wasnt better i tried to get out of my lease for my health and she is charging me $1950 and making me life there for another 60 day. and the day of moving out i owe another $650. i dont know how to go about this. i have trouble breathing and chest hurts and cough up stuff all day and when i go home it just get worse and worse and worse by the time you go to sleep you and so much pain from the mold you cant do it. im worried about other peoples health so im going to try my best to get this place inspected. PLEASE FOR YOUR HEALTH DONT MOVE TO GABLE OAKS

What a loser ,I live thier ..heard you got kicked out... glad your gone ..I lived in that building ...you & your roommate are such a scam artist....heard your roommate lost his job & that's why you tried to scam with the mold ..heard you & your roommate were doing the drugs ....glad management kicked you out...hope no one leases to you losers.................you were bad for the other good residents who live here.....they should of called the police on you both a long time ago...now that your gone the building is a lot happier...and the good residents that live here............Also what by the apartment you guys lived like pigs & trashed the palce.

If the black mold was a scam then why do me and my roommate have medical bills to prove black mold posioning. If anyone wants picture proof i have it about 50 pics and several room numbers. i also have SC leg. Wes Hayes looking into DEHEC doing a inspection on the apartments so Cheryl GET A LIFE. if running a getto is your life please find something else. And another things i dont do drugs thank you i have a GOV job and get drug tested on a reg basis. Dont talk trash unless you actually know.

We just moved here and I have yet to see a bug.Although I understand they know they have a mold problem and still rent to people after "just covering it up". That is wrong, They should take care of the problem before they end up being sued!!!!!
