THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. AT FIRST SCOTT WAS NICE BUT THEN I REALLY SAW HIS TRUE COLORS. HE IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL. HE ACTS AS IF HE IS THE KING OF THIS PLACE AND HEAD MASTER OF ALL RESIDENTS. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM HE NEVER COMES TO YOU LIKE AN ADULT HE SPEAKS TO YOU AS IF YOU WERE ONE OF HIS ROTTEN KIDS. HE HAS DISRESPECTED MY FAMILY ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASSION (EVEN MY MOTHER). HIS BEHAVIOR CAN NOT BE TOLERATED FOR LONG AND YOU WILL EVENTUALLY SNAP ON HIM WHICH GIVES HIM A REASON TO EVICT YOU. SO IF U ARE A MINORITY OR A PERSON WITH SELF RESPECT DO NOT MOVE TO GALLANT PLACE, SCOTT WIL RIP YOU OFF. THEY TAKE YOUR NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, YOUR RENT MONEY FOR ABOUT HALF YOUR LEASE TIME AND THEN HE STARTS BRINGING UP IMAGINARY PROBLEMS. MY ADVICE TO YOU TO SAVE YOU FROM STRESS THAT CAN BE AVOIDED STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THE PRICES MAY BE AWESOME BUT ITS NOT WORTH IT. I NOW LIVE IN DEERFIELD RUN FOR 550. This is the worst apartment in the city of Rock Hill to live in. The manager, Scott, rules the place like an iron fist. Scott is a KING. He rules the apartments like his own home. You follow his rules or get evicted. That is as simple as it get at Gallant Place Apts. He do things his way. If there is an attitude he doesn't like, he will evict you. That will include your childrens' attitudes, too. I have seen people come and go so fast in the last 6 months. He expect everyone to bow down to him where ever he is around. If there is a problem with someone in your family, he will come to the door early in the morning and bang on the door until you answer. He think he is a cop. He likes to push your buttons in hoping you will give an attitde to evict you. The rent is cheap, but the manager stinks real bad.
