They are NOT family friendly. Kids are not allowed to play out front or behind anyone else's apartment. They can only play behind their own. They can't ride bicycles, scooters, skateboards, etc. They are not even allowed to walk around the complex. The apartements are not well maintained, the landscaping is non-existent. The parking area is in need of re-paving. Management has "favorite" tennants that get to do anything, and no one can say anything about those tennants. There are drug dealers in the neighborhood and management does nothing about it. They advertise free trash, sewer and water, none of those are paid for by the complex. The apartments are roomy, but not worth the nearly $1,000 per month for 3 bedrooms. Management is horrible. This is NOT a good place to raise a family.
