Galleria Pointe apartments is not a great place to live.The apartments really need to be taken a good look at.Their is mold on the vinal siding that has been here as long as i have been living here.The vinal siding has come loose and not repaired,after management was notified about both.The carpet has stains that have to be covered with things.The walls are painted close,but different colors.The air conditioner and heat are poor quality,that gets looked at by maintance,and not serviced anually.The drians are poor.The park is no place for kids to really play.The grounds stay saturated after a good rain.Mosquitos are horrable in the summer.The power bill is alot more than told at move in.The appliances look nice,but out of date,with no maintainance.The maintainance makes more excuses than axualy fixing the problem.The interstate 77 is very noisey at times.The management is not as friendly as they seem.They DO NOT care about your problems or concerns.They act as if that is not their problem,but if they have a problem with you,you will be the first to hear about it with no excuses accepted.They are always right and your wrong,no matter what the situations are.They make their own decision and convince upper management,even if your right and they are wrong.They look down on you,because they think their better than you!They manange the complex with a personal side,and make things personal to.They make decisions personal to.So,before you decide to live here,take a closer look,because things are not as they seem.It is not a great place to live.The rent is high for the quality and treatment from management.
