I really like my townhome here, but there are a few faults. It would have been nice to have better carpet, and freshly painted walls when we moved in but I guess I really can't complain too much.

Our neighbors are quiet and the vinyl has finally been pressure washed. The grounds are not much to look at but they are at least clean. The playground is nice to look at but not in the best place. When the sun is out it's too hot to play on and when it's even a little wet, it's a big mudpie.

The management is okay so far. All maintnace calls have been taken care of in one day.
