I moved into Galleria Pointe a year ago, the area is a good part of town for amenities however the complex itself needs a complete upgrade. My first impression of my apartment was that it was clean however,it soon became apparant that the fixtures are old and shoddy and soon started to fall apart.The office staff are ok I suppose but they seem to disregard anything I say when problems arise. The parking is a nightmare, we pay a lot each month in rent but the staff refuse to introduce allocated parking so at least you can park outside your own apartment. Every time I come home there are loads of cars outside my house but the management couldn't care less.
The houses themselves are too clinical looking,inside they are white walls,white ceilings and white skirting boards,its like being in a doctors office....maybe they should take a look at the apartments at Brookstone which are so much nicer in decoration.
The most ridiculous rule they have is that you cannot wash your car outside your house or walk your dog within 100 yards of the premises....what the hell'''
