The staff are so kind and helpful, that is until you are in. Good luck getting the deposit back. No matter how clean or how hard you work in order to ensure your return of the deposit, or pay your rent on time each and every month - you will not get it back. I do not feel that this place is run effeciently due to the ever so obvious problems of the prior renters negative issue's. 85% of the prior/and existing renters are so happy to leave this poor managed place. We are so sad that we did not read this before my husband and our two children moved in.
