Honestly, when I came to find a place to live, the staff and management were encouragingly kind and helpful. Very quickly we found how rude, controlling and just nasty they are.
My children have been treated poorly. They have been so dishonest. The entire office staff seemed so different from the reality of what they are.
There were also many unsafe things that happened during our stay and all of them were simply disregarded until we decided to call Palm Management, going over Donna (the sight managers) authority.
Wow! We are so happy to be free! BIG breath of fresh air! Shop around if you have a family and will be living in your apartment for any amount of time at all during your lease. Trust me...
