Do not live there! I am working on a lawsuit with them right now including about 9 other residents. Even though I had a 6 month lease and I signed for a 6 month lease they continued my lease month to month after I left and sent me a huge bill totaling over $2,000 months after I moved out. Without even notifying me they continued to charge me! Also they keep your security deposit no matter if you leave the place clean and kept up! This place is a nightmare STAY AWAY! Also it is DIRTY AND THEY REFUSE TO WORK WITH YOU ON ISSUES YOU HAVE WITH THE APARTMENT! Oh and the safety aspect well lets just say we had 2 women robbed at the mailbox'a and while I lived there there was a murder where a woman's boyfriend beat up her ex with a baseball bat!
