My first time living in an apartment and my last! Clean and had plenty of room. Location is great. Everything has always worked and had no problems. However, the neighbors are horrible!! They are VERY loud and all you can hear is bass! The grounds are so-so. Could be a lot cleaner. Would recommend if you can deal with all the noise.
