I think you have to keep an open mind when living in an apartment. I've lived here for almost 4 years. On a hole people come and go, But I have had the pleasure of meeting some very nice people here at Mallard. The management team is great, If you request service or have an issue the manager is always prompt to take care of any issues. I like the idea the Rock Hill police department has full jurisdiction over the property, so we have seen some major improvements with noise and parties. But like I said, you have to keep an open mind with living in an apartment. Maintenance is great, the apartments are large and spacious. I have no problems recommending Mallard Point to any one wanting a safe place to live. I think if people have a complaint with ongoing issues, its simply because they will not take the time to address it the the property manager, who is always working over time to make Mallard the best in Rock Hill.
