I was one of the tenants at Paces river apartment for about 2 years. They were nice until I stayed there. But the time I gave my vacancy notice they became absolute strangers. I was about to vacate on the 31st of the month which was Sunday and Monday was a holiday and the office was closed. I vacated my apartment on 31st and dropped my keys in the office on that night. But since the office was closed on 1st they charged rent for 2 days.
I talked to the staff about that and she was courteous and she said she would wave the fees. But after about a month I received a letter from collection agency that my bill is due, when I talked to the office they said, well the lady whom you talked to has left, so there is no proof that she told you about the waiver. I was totally surprised.
I would never recommend anybody this apartment.
