I've lived in these apartments for a year now and have NOT enjoyed my experience. First of all, I am surrounded by weirdos (a couple who argue and yell into the night, a guy throwing garbage from his 2nd floor room, a group of 20-somethings who blast their rap music at 6 AM, etc...), my dishwasher was leaking dirty water, my water heater leaked and flooded my apartment, the rent keeps getting higher and higher, the maintenance guy lets himself in if you don't open the door after 1 knock (walked in on me coming out of the shower once!!), the management is very rude and would not replace 2 TVs that were fried due to faulty wiring, now they're trying to get $500 out of me for having a cat who sleeps all day on my bed! The pools are always dirty, with beer bottles floating in the jaccuzzi, and I have had $100 worth of mail stolen from in front of my door! To top it all off, someone got shot in my parking lot about a month ago....Basically, the place looks nice for the money, but the hassles once you move in are not worth it!!

I have a lot of weirdos and jerks that moved in around me recently too.

Someone got shot when she lived there and my neighbor was stabbed to death last night, the walls being so thin I heard the whole freaking thing. Kinda weirds me out, guess it can happen anywhere but seems like they let lots of violent people move in here that like to kill at random.
