Great Place, Cheap Rent!

Great place to live! The management could use some help with their manners and customer service skills, but overall it is a nice experience. They offer convenient leases to students and have spacious apartments at a very reasonable price. The ammenities at Paces River make this a very nice place. Possibly the best feature about these apartments is the location. close to I-77, maybe 2 seconds, and close to Charlotte.
