I have been living in this apartment complex since 2002. I can say that my rent has not gone up- but only because I sign longer and longer leases. The management can't manage a thing and the maintenance men are fat, sloppy, drunk look alikes, or just fell off of the dumb *ss truck. For three summers my AC did not work properly.I had the patio screen door replaced. The maint. men just throught it over the balcony and left it on the ground. I had a screen in my childerens bedroom replaced due to a hole. The maint. men took a screen from my room and switched it out for the one with the hole in it(like I wouldn't notice). The tile in front of the fire place is broken- the mangement has known this since the begginning of my stay here.
My AC wasn't properly repaired until I threatened to go to court to get out of my lease as well as calling Action 9 News.

When my AC froze the first summer - my apartment got so hot that the frig. broke and all of my food was ruined. Paces River did not even offer to replace my food.So all in all...this place is for the birds.

I have to agree that the maint. guys stink. My kids bedroom door, and my laundry door have never shut all the way....ever. Even after they checked it...lol
