My husband and I have lived here since last August. We have moved apartments once, to get a bigger apartment.. we got a great deal where we only pay 5 more dollars a month then we did with a one bedroom, for a two bedroom. The downside is that we had to repay our pet fee for the new apartment even though we just switched after a few months. You can hear your neighbors through the wall. They got rid of the stray cats, but we all loved them, so it was upseting. The management is nice and the maintenance men always come and fix things the same day. Accept in our last apartment, they fixed the pipe, but left a gigantic hole in the wall. Our lock didnt work at first in this apartment, but they fixed it. We stil have mud all over our windows, that they say they cannot clean for some reason. Our patio door does not close.. either.. I would recommend this apartment to people that need a average place to stay for a while, its not great, but its not horrible. Although I think the mail lady doesnt show up some days.
