This would probably be a nice place to live if i didn't have three dogs (2 big, 1 small) running and barking above me. You aren't even supposed to have that many pets. I complained about this problem more than once and it seems as though i am getting no results. Oh and once i found the maintenance men in my apartment without my knowledge. They were over by my stove with my pots in their hands saying they were looking for a leak. Last time i checked leaks didn't come from the stove. UPDATE: The problem has been solved. Although it took a while my neighbors were held accountable for their actions. I still would only move into an third floor apartment though. Oh, and this is not the person that walks around naked. Sorry.

This is the author of the review. I wanted to give an update on what happened. Eventually the people who were allowing their pets to make the noise above me were held responsible for what they were doing. It took a while but things have finally changed. I still wouldn't live below the third floor though.

This is the neighbor upstairs.... over a year later I would like to say we are still very happy in our house because we don't have to deal with you. When you said we let the dogs run around, I am not quite sure what you meant. After the office told us you had complained, we left the poor things locked up in their cage so they wouldn't bother you. I couldn't wait until the lease was up to get them out of there, I felt so bad for leaving them locked up. But even after that, you continued to complain to the office. Honestly, I don't think you heard any noise at all. I think you are just a racist. You were rude to us from the day you moved in. I hope you find God and peace. He is waiting for you when you are ready.

Hmmm let's see. Hates dogs running and barking above, yep must be a racist. I don't know how that conclusion was drawn but you need help. I've been called many things in my life but never a racist. Wow!
