They could do something concerning noise reduction, hear lots of loud music from downstairs all thoughout the day and management does nothing because they dont play it loud at night, well I work third and sleep during the day so tough for me I guess.

When I called about a neighbors dog whining at 1:00 am, they told me that the security patrol was only available unti 7:00pm, and that I should call the police directly (???). So if that's the case, you can have security inform your neighbor that they need to respect their neighbors and tone down the music.
