I was at these apartments for two years. I moved out in May to a new community and am now writing a review. The first year that I was there, it was great. I got letters for everything that was going on(any crime occurances) as well as information to my lease options. The second year was not so good. The management changed and they were not a pleasant staff to deal with. I stopped receiving notices nor did I receive a notice about my lease coming to an end. Luckily, I knew when my lease ended and asked about my options, I wanted to move up to a larger size apartment but they were going to charge me 200 just to move, so I decided I would move to a new apartment community all together. They never made any efforts to try to make me stay or make me happy. Also, in the second year I noticed more noise such as the fact that the walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything, from neighbors sleeping together to hearing the exact song that they may be playing on their stereo.

My neighbors for the two years were pleasant for the most part. I had neighbors moving in and out, in fact a police officer moved in across from me, but broke his because he hated it there.

I think this apartment community was great starting out, but when you have a whole new management, things can either go up or down, unfortunately they went down and I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was cheap rent and that is all that it was good for.
