I lived in Paces River for less than a year and hated every day of it. The management acted friendly and concerned until you signed the lease and then you were just another check. Heck a murder happen here just before I left. A girl's boyfriend was beaten to death in her first floor apartment two doors down from me.

#1 if you read the Herald ...The girl came to Paces River (the deceased apt).He just met her that week.Her then boyfriend followed her and broke into the mans apartment and beat him to his death.This was a crime of passion it was not the residents fault!

i lived there when that happend. i was the one that called the cops and i was called to court to put that man away. so many people called 911. and no one came forward. i think that is messed up. Paces river is a nice place to live. i had to sit through all the Crime scene pics while you people ( you know who you are ) didnt want to help the victims Family put him away for life. There is Crime everywhere.
