I have lived here for almost a year, and my biggest concern is noise and safety. I have had 3 different sets of people live above me and the last two have been noisy and disrespectful. Although we now have patrol cars at night, I still feel unsafe considering the people that lived above me had the cops here twice in one month. The office doesn't like to get involved with noise or anything and always has us call the cops.

I love everything else about Paces River. There is just quite a bit of turnover and you never know who your neighbors are going to be. I don't think they weed people out very well.
