I have been a resident for 4 years now. While there have been ups and downs (as with any property), I can honestly say that the management staff has been most accomodating. The new manager (Jennifer) has been attentive to my needs and does take the time to listen to and address any complaints you have (just put them in writing or in person). The property has gone through extensive renovations and upgrades, and it looks like it did when I first moved here. I love it. Its in a GREAT location. Its affordable. And you get a lot of amenities. The 2 bedroom is spacious.

In response to the other messages:
1) Yes, there was a murder. But there was only one and it was a crime committed by someone who was jealous because his girlfriend was dating someone else. Happens everyday.
2) Has there been other issues, absolutely. But, what can you expect when you have a multi-family apartment complex with approximately 24 buildings. You are bound to have some type of issues.
3) Does the noise become overwhelming' Absolutely. There are going to be times when your neighbors are celebrating, etc. If someone has a birthday party or even a get together, does that constitute excessive' A party every night or every weekend, YES. but, if someone were having an occasional gathering, what is the big deal' You have to realize that you live in an apartment so some things you just have to get over. My neighbors above me make noise ALL day and ALL night. If I knocked on their door every time, I'd sleep at their front door. I had to understand that we are on two different schedules. They work 4-Midnight, so they are going to be UP while I'm sleeping...so I got over it.
