I have lived here for a year with my family, husband & two young children. And they moved a young lady & her brother above me. After a few wks of them living here, I had to complain to them about being loud. Well, that got worst so I went to the manager. She (JENNIFER) said that she would take care of it. Then after a few wks, the brother moved out due to his sister having a lot of friends over & partying to much. And I have complained about the lady & her friends running around in the apt ALL NIGHT long, dropping heavy things on the floor, KNOCKING on my door in the MIDDLE of the night & running away, RUNNING UP & DOWN the stairs at night, talking WAY TO LOUD on the balony at night, they drink a lot of beer ( I know because they throw the empty bottles in the yard.), & I've had to call the police on them several times (& management doesn't do anything about it). I had to call Jennifer's manager about this to see if there was anything that she can do since Jennifer isn't. And I found out that Jennifer HASN'T DONE ANYTHING!!!!!! Jennifer just told me that she was taking care of things to make it seem like everything was ok. She told me that they was in the process of eviting the neighbors. And that she was just waiting on the court system to give her the ok to do so. I think that they should keep families together. My husband has to be at work at 6A.M. And there has been a lot of sleepless nights for him due to the neighbors above us. And that's not right or fair. And if they put families together, I'm sure that this place would be better. So make sure you know who you are living next to & talk to people who are living here.

I agree one hundred percent...jennifer is nice to your face but the minute you walk out she is calling you a ----- behind your back, her lack of managment skills suck, the assistant manager is so much nicer she knows how to treat people when they come in not run and hide like jennifer, over all the apts are nice the community is nice, but as far as the office goes the manager is a real peice of work, If they did somthing about that they may get more people to come and stay here, she does not get things done like the rest of the staff.
