I lived in Paces River for 6 months during our relocation to Rock Hill. My wife and I drove up on a Sunday & we were in our apartment the next day. It is an apartment so there are going to be apartment issues (noise, neighbors, etc). It is something you have to accept or you should be renting a house & not an apartment. The amenities are a little dated, but I never felt unsafe. There are some unfortunate instances that have occurred, but these are extreme circumstances (ie - murder, vandalism) that do not happen on a regular basis. The management has even hired security to patrol the area & deter unwelcomed people.

There are minimal other options in Rock Hill that will be as cost-effective solutions for an apartment in Rock Hill, especially if you want to commute to Charlotte daily & live on the north end of town. If I had to do it over again, I'd choose this place again.
