If you are planning to move to Rock Hill or changing living arrangments do not look at Paces River. The apartments are falling apart, there are bugs everywhere and a cop has to patrol it every night due to the rate of crime. There are better apartments in Rock Hill that are just as affordable.

When I lived here I had someone break into my car and I was sexually assulted at the swimming pool. ALSO a man knocked on my door pretending to sell something and when I opened it he tried coming into my apartment. It was def. not safe for a female to live here.
