DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! We had such a horrible experience living there. We had rodent and bug problems. Our neighbors left there trash outside their door week after week. After many justified accounts management neglected our requests. The hot tub was broken the whole year we lived there. They renovated the club house to make a internet community center and never finished. The gym was never open and when it was the machines were broken. I wouldn't recommend the apartment to my worst enemy. We had a one bedroom one bath and the rent was ridiculous.

My very young daughter, her baby, and husband are considering leasing a 2-brd. for 1 year until they can find what they want to buy. Is it worth their time and money, or are there better places for the same rent in RH area?

I find this hilarious! Gallant Place is the ghetto! I lived there before Paces River and caught someone trying to sell my 2 year old niece weed! Paces river is so quiet and everyone is so friendly! And I've never had a problem with the management who live on site also! I have lived here for two years now and the only way I'm leaving is if I have the opportunity to buy a home and move up... why move to Gallant Place and be afraid to walk from your car to apartment because you might get robbed??
