I currently live in paces river and cannot wait to move out, Im looking around for a place that actually has a respectable management team who actually give a ---- about the apartment Im paying for. Paces river really does have the worst maitnence up keep and management, please save your time and do not move here. They could care less about any water damage that happens to you and bug problems. If anyone knows of a decent priced place with good management please reply to this!

Forest Oaks is a great place. I lived there last year before I moved to Paces River, where I am now ufortunately and I wish I had stayed there. Their facilities a great and clean and the office management are awesome and always helpful. Their prices are about the same if not a little better depending on what you are looking for! Hope this helps. Whisper Creek is also really great.
